This watercolour seemed to have a mind of its own, no matter how hard I tried to make this painting go in one direction, it would go the polar opposite! So I gave in . . . sometimes you've just gotta follow the way the paint flows!

The latest work in progress. I am loving the intensity of the blue pigment. Not sure yet about the bottom half: whether to use a stronger contrast colour like yellow or keep it gentle with lighter blues.
