@KiryuAttorney @ClaireChaotic They basically split Spencer into two characters-- Sparda & Mundus. The old design of Spencer is also Mundus' human form, according to Kamiya. Originally, prior to Tony Redgrave, it was going to be Leon S. Kennedy, since it was to be "the" sequel to BIO2 (named BIO2.5 once).

The Desert Eagle found by Leon in the STARS office locker in the original BIO2 was a special order from Kendo Gun Shop by Barry, hand-delivered by Robert Kendo. One of the Zombies who killed Robert was also the owner of the Arukas clothing shop.
