I know I'm late to this but my favorite snack has to beeeee...chickpeas! I really love them so long as they're flavored with something, even if it's just a little red wine vinegar. OR if I want sweets, carrot cake would be my absolute favorite!

Doubles are a street food here in Trinidad. It's curried chickpeas (Garbonzo beans) with toppings served with two pieces of fried dough ("doubled" up on the fillings, hence the name).
