8時間連続で寝れたのは20年振り？CPAPのお陰。簡易睡眠検査で重症だと診断され、急遽CPAP装着での睡眠がスタートし約1ヶ月。無呼吸はほぼゼロに改善。装着前は6時間以上は寝れなかった。体が危険を感じ、起きてただけ。普通に寝れるって幸せ💪😎🔥

my CPAP to treat sleep apnea is LIFE-SAVING. if you struggle to breathe in your sleep, snore loudly, or feel sick and unable to get out of bed every time you wake, you should get a sleep study done to see if you have sleep apnea!

I have severe sleep apnea so before I got my CPAP I was basically a zombie. I had trouble functioning even on the best of days.

If I go without sleep even caffeine isn't enough to help me. Even if my body has energy from an energy drink or a second wind my brain is long gone.

ふと思ったんだけど、コロナで在宅療養になった場合、ふだん睡眠時無呼吸症用マスクCPAP（シーパップ）を使ってる人は重症化リスクが下がるんだろうか？
そういえば矢作兼氏が軽症で済んだっけ、と思って…。呼吸が楽になるわけだし。
