For the first form of Destoroyah I based it on its micro forms. Lore-wise it'd probably be a fossil Pokemon you'd need to revive. To evolve to second form, you'd need to level it in a specific area (similar to the Eevee forms) somewhere the Oxygen Destroyer was set off.

I originally wanted to create a hybrid Kaiju with Godzilla as the base and having other features of other Kaiju (namely, Destoroyah and Ghidorah). But, I was having trouble imagining how it would look like. (1/2)
