@j_stocky One of those ludicrous diplomoceras ammonites that look like a trombone/paperclip
argentavis and diplomoceras have already been shown, but if you feel like bringing other odd boies with you, like agnostus, edaphosaurus, mimetaster or my personal favorite: ostracoderms you can find them in the shop too https://t.co/Gam6FLxHBe
Diplomoceras
An extremely odd shelled ammonitid and one of the last of its family, some studies suggest it could live over 200 years
ALT: the most notable thing of this cephalopods is its shell, which has straight an curved segments in such a way that it looks like a paper clip
My friend @TenaciousTinker drew a rough sketch of her for his daily draw yesterday, so I figured I'd reveal her now.
Nautalia the Abyssal Bone Witch. She conjures up fossil-based magic in her attacks. Her staff is based off that silly paperclip ammonite (Diplomoceras maximum).
Diplomoceras are ancient cephalopods with extremely elongated shells that were 2 metres across (4 metres when accounting for shell winding). They lived during the Cretaceous & had a worldwide distribution.

God: Make me a paper on paleontology
Angel: Sure
....
God: I said "a paper on paleontology"
Angel: "paper from paleontology"
God: "A paper ON paleontology"
Angel: "ups"
