There's a lot of "cosmetic" items that could benefit from being transmog like the worgen top hat, Black Embersilk Robes, Draenic Silk Robes, etc.
In addition, just simply being able to toggle hair could help immensely.

It's impossible to make out but she has some runes running down the side of the pants. Her clothes are mostly inspired by the saddle on the Ruinstrider mounts from Argussian Reach, I love that scrappy old draenic look. But agree with you and others on giving her pouches!
