One of the many Triassic oddball reptiles, Drepanosaurus was seemingly a cross between a chameleon and an anteater. Nice to do a personal piece once in a while, even if it is just a little drawing.

Drew this Drepanosaurus~ ✨ With a hump back, large index claws, chonky tail and a tail claw they are definitely some of the most interesting bone specimens of extinct reptiles that I've ever seen~ 🦴🦎✨

Drepanosaurus: genus of tree-dwelling reptiles that lived during the Triassic Era,~250-201MYA. They were insectivores & lived on coastal spots of what is modern-day Italy& midwestern USA. Discovered in 1979. They had hooked tails to aid in climbing&holding branches.
