USS Sterett, a little hero on both the Atlantic and the Pacific, veteran of the battle of Guadalcanal and Vela Gulf, suffered from Kamikaze but survived. In her stories I see her courage and how she grew into a fighter. Nicknamed HMS Steadfast, “I hope we would prove worthy.”
Anyway, in Azur Lane, both USS South Dakota and USS Washington have voice lines directly attributed to Admiral Willis Lee, the one that command over the two of them in Pacific War and beating the crap out of Japanese fleet in Guadalcanal at night battle.
