Camminavano uguali poco più a nord gli ominidi dissolti di cui restano soltanto su secca lava orme ciampate come ombre?

Cornelius David Krieghoff🎨
#CorneliusKrieghoff's (1815–1872) painting depicts the historically difficult winter crossing between Quebec City and Lévis on the St. Lawrence River. Intrepid passengers travelled in special Royal Mail canoes, whose crews manually hauled them over ice floes blocking their path.
A romantic winter scene.
White Horse Inn by Moonlight (1851) was painted by the Dutch-Canadian artist Cornelius Krieghoff (1815-1872).
It’s the Canadian landscape and the stark contrasts between light and dark that make this painting unique.
