Curly hair and beards is like a circle/s shape motion with a looser brush (Calligraphy>Script) is great for beards and curly hair in my opinion, reduce the brush size and speckle for sideburns/shaved areas

Both her and her sister went through a redesign. Still have to do a proper ref for Tarah. On top of that Melina went from straight Blond hair with anime bangs to looser curls that look closer to her sister's. Also their tails were changed up.

i was, and also the examples of camila and lilith are a good demonstration of what i mean. having hair that has these ends does mean the hair is curly, but it also means looser curl patterns. which is fine, but becomes an issue when that’s the “curliest” hair gets in the show
