Sorry for digressing, but do you remember who wrote the English text used for the bios on the Japanese MGS1 website? I've noticed that instead of using "codec" like in the in-game script, they went with "vidcom" as the translation for 無線機/musenki (as in radio or transceiver).

I came completely from the CD culture, so this is music to my ears.
I'm glad to see that music from past games is being re-released on LP records these days. Snatcher, Policenauts, MG1, MG2, MGS1 and other soundtracks that were only available on CD are now available on LP.
