I thought I had sciatica in my hip from running,
Turned out it was an inflamed piriformis ligament.
Pidgeon stretches everyday sorted it out.
The piriformis runs right next to the sciatic nerve in the pelvis, so when it gets inflamed it can touch the nerve & feel like sciatica
