Sorry, I forgot to add this when I beat this several months ago lol. Finished with Axel, in the JP version. This game is okay, I like how it controls but the level design feels very unpolished compared to SoR2, and I'm not a fan of the OST here

R. Bear from Streets of Rage is such a great boss, SoR2 has this slick neon street fighting vibe with '80s action movie freaks coming from every direction, then you fight this goofy 1920s boardwalk motherfucker who looks like he's stopping by on his way to beat up Bugs Bunny
