Thimbleton Inksquire is an Arcane Runesmith! He has a maxed out intelligence and thinks that he's smarter than everyone in the room (because, well, he is). He's arrogant, but very self conscious of his appearance- his ears are huge, so he keeps them back in a ponytail.
