Yesterday my yr10 class got to use some wacoms for the first time show I did a lil doodle of vela to demonstrate how to use them and also photoshop for drawing!

One thing linked to mental well-being that I’ve seen in the since the return to school, is the calmness that comes with the focus required to do observational drawing. These fantastic pencil studies are from Yr10 and are A2 size.

I agree. This is what my Yr10 students have been working on. They were done from direct observation working at A2 size. They took about 5 hrs to complete. Watching them working with such focus was fantastic.
