Nazar From the Hebrew נָזַר‌ - "dedicated himself to God", "originally from Nazareth". According to the Gospel of Philip, the name comes from the word "Nazara" - "Truth". Turkic and Arabic nazar - "look" with the meanings - "sighted, far-sighted".

Here’s a quick render I did back in January that got me out of art block. Her name is Viola Nazareth, a witch character I made for GTA RP that remains unused. But who knows 🤔
I have more finished art too, so stay tuned 🤭

Così la bruna figlia di Nàzareth
udì la sacra voce,
congiungendo le mani umili in croce:
piccola voce nova e terribile
che dice a l'infinita
tenerezza materna:
« Eccomi, o vita!... »

facciamolo entrare in noi, permettiamogli di compiere il miracolo più bello: la nostra conversione. Qui e ora!✨️❤️✨️🙏🏻

St. Martha

Famous for taming a dragon, in the Bible she is mentioned mostly as the more aggressive sister of Mary (not that Mary) and Lazarus, the man Jesus brought back from the dead. Many places are associated with her—from Nazareth to Spain.
