@Edward6660 I hope so too. The pilot was really cute and charming, and I would LOVE to see more of these characters!
Plus, it has Ben Diskin playing another retriever! So it gets bonus points for reminding me of Beastars :)
To date, these 3 are the only PBS Kids shows that were produced and are currently owned by major studios.
Disney owns Bill Nye, Sony owns Dragon Tales, and Universal owns Curious George.
I’m sad that @/madjackrabbit is no longer on Twitter. I used to watch his YouTube Poops and his animated Doodle Toons series before he retired from both of them. He was a nice guy in the cartoon community and is an awesome artist.
I hope he does well outside the internet.
Although I didn’t watch much Arthur as a kid, one episode I like is “When Carl Met George”.
As someone who cried whenever someone talked in a helium voice as a kid, I related to the part where Carl was scared by the puppet. They also explain Asperger’s to kids in a clever way.
I chose Peg the Hen. She's cute. https://t.co/mwVoXKPALT

Here are some examples of animated films taking a story that's in the public domain (and has been retold plenty of times) and adapting them in a way that feels fresh and original.
I actually tried this in one of my short animations, which can be seen here: https://t.co/cLqR3GMBsO
