I love Toriyama's art through and through but I always find the juxtaposition of how his style changed over the years so funny and interesting.

Ugly cried today because I've been frustrated getting into programing the last couple of months.

I just wanna make my game a thing after being in like, conceptual hell for like 7 years 😭😭😭

So I broke into @PhantomArcade3K's computer and stole some concept art for week 8.

Stuffs going to get real.

So another one of my other favorites acts in the game. This first image was me updating the palette to what was found in the demo.

I wanted to hide a lot of secret lore and symbolism here for something bigger I wanted to build.

So when I started designing elements inside of the Citadel. I figured that the act 2 could take place inside of it entirely but here were some elements of that when it was all one act.

Little too much blue in this old version.

Another stage that had some massive changes was Frosty Citadel Act 1. It was one of the first stages I designed but I ended up liking the feel of Act 2 more so I tried to incorporate elements into act 1 from 2.

Act 1 is outside of the citadel. Celeste heavily inspired this zone.
