Appendix 1 - Of course, it's reductive to say The Lost World is a "dry run" for Kong, but a lot of the same ideas did show up again in the latter film:

The @UCLAFTVArchive did stellar work restoring this uniquely beautiful pre-code #horror film for @WarnerArchive. Two-color technicolor never looked more vibrant.
