@Ap777Felix You have to identify them in the Ringmaker NPC in the town, It's a mechanic I got from Zelda - Oracle of Ages.
My first Zelda game ever, I love that mechanic, you could get unidentified rings around, and identify them for some money. Random rings, with passive effects.
