475. Ice Piranha Plant
Even though Fire Piranha Plants first appeared way back in Mario 3, it took a while for an ice-based variant to appear in the main games! There was a blue-colored one in Paper Mario before that, but of course that didn't carry into the mainline series.

473. Targeting Ted
Just like the more common black models, this underwater artillery smiles wide from the moment it's deployed. Within its shell is the same heat-seeking technology used in Bull's-Eye Bill. That elongated shape is perfect for cutting through the currents. uwu

470. Dragoneel
In the depths of the ocean, these giant hostile eels swim around and attempt to encircle their prey with their long body. Being attacked anywhere but their head will enrage them and speed them up. Passing by their grotto may lead to treasure and good fortune.

469. Grrrol
These rolling spike creatures insist that they're not Thwomps, but… just look at them. You can't fool us with that stone texture, sharp spikes, silly face, and onomatopoeic name. You even live in fortresses just like they do! Emerging from walls won't cut it.

468. Nabbit
A bunny-like bandit has been found stealing valuables from the locals! He jumps and hides in levels you've already beaten, so it's up to you to backtrack and catch him! He's not all bad, though – he once helped Luigi get by when his brother was away.

466. Goombrat
If you hike up the mushroom trail to the sky, you'll find yet another variant of Goomba. They may look a little different, but that grumpiness always runs in the family. Because they live so high up, they've learned to be more careful at the edges of platforms.

461. Bone Piranha Plant
Because plants have bones and always will.

Collection A - New Gold Enemies
We've made it to NSMB2 – coins and riches galore! Jumping through a Gold Ring causes all nearby enemies to turn shiny and reward you with coins for defeating them. Some even throw them at you or leave behind a trail. Grab as many as you can!

459. Tail Bob-omb
Decending gracefully from the sky with their tails, these adorable explosives appear where mechanically shifting platforms are already a challenge. If it lands next to you, getting away from it should be simple given those platforms line up in your favor.

456. Morty Mole
Why are all the Mario moles so chubby? This big burrower uses its extra size to resist being beaten by a single stomp. They're still not as resilient as the shade-wearing Mega Moles, but being stomped once makes them run a bit faster in a squished form.
