Spooky AND cute! They're like normal Boos, but whip their tail as a defense mechanism before cowering. Not much caption material here, but look at this guy. They should have Boos gain more animal forms. Like a cat. That would be cute to see.

Unlike their Boo brethren, these ghosts aren't afraid of much. Unless exposed to light, they know how to patrol an area without getting soooked themselves. This security footage shows that they're even capable of corrupting art software and forcing a redraw.

Making their home in the nooks and crannies of underwater levels, these apathetic eels tend to swim in and out of their holes to attack. They're not the most active predators in the ocean, but do they manage to snag a snack every so often.

If one of these is in your way, it's gonna be a bit tricky to get past it. Move to the sides, it follows you. Try to jump over it, it jumps with you. Start breakdancing, and it'll join you (trust me). It takes a while to jump, so there's time to get past it then.

Not as clever as a pun as Magmaargh. These reptilian rascals live in the vast open desert, keeping warm with the heat absorbed by the sand. Steer clear of their silhouettes that appear on the surface; if anyone stands over it, they pop out and attack.

Just saying, if the cat enemies in 3D World hadn't been given cat-inspired redesigns, we wouldn't be giving the same treatment to these guys. But alas, that is not the timeline we live in. Anyway, uh, take a guess what this tailified trajectile does.

Goombas' tendency to stack on top of each other could be a carefully planned intimidation tactic. Or maybe it's just an instinctual Goomba urge; Who knows what goes on in those stompable heads of theirs. All that matters is that satisfying Ground Pound.

Fine, you caught me again… this isn't how Tail Bowsers actually look. But it would be a lot more interesting if they weren't just copies of Bowsers with tails. Plus, they're not actually Bowser at all– just underlings disguised as him with Super Leaves!
