Attempt 1 at Bakso, or Indonesian Meatball Soup. Ground meat is made into surimi with cornstarch and served with a beef broth.

Broth was well-seasoned and chili paste is good. Proportion of meat and cornstarch needs to be reworked.

I don't know how long this has been going on, but at this point, I'm too afraid to look it up. Wanna get this done by Christmas~
