What the anime never showed is that Ritsu became good friends with Megumi. Since Megumi goes to Japan Women's uni, she helped Ritsu out for the exams by providing past exam questions/prep/study books. So Nodoka suggested a photo of Mio to say thanks

Unless I have to do any resubmissions, then I am finally done with Uni and assessments
