Not seen the raws yet, but we already know Volume 2 is releasing 27th July and next month (9th June Midnight JST) K-on! Shuffle will be on the front cover along with 2 pages of the chapter in colour.

We can also finally find out where Volume 3 properly starts since Volume 2 chapter 1 (Chapter 14) was only 4 pages. So either Kakifly keeps to the 13+1 new chapter format or he includes chapter 27 into it making it 14+1 and has chapter 28 start off volume 3 in colour

@schrantz_sam If Nodoka was present then she'd have different eyes too. Like Jun in the manga she has brown eyes, while the anime changed it to this more exaggerated dark red colour

Anime colour scheme

Unfortunately despite being an ebook, volume 1 is still grey scale apart from chapter 0. We also still don't have an official English version yet to have it in colour.
I did find a sample of that Yukari, but it's very small
