I made that animation for my character too, but it looked terrible lol. I'm more into walking animations.

Maybe your character can lean forward a bit in your walking animation? Currently it looks more like jogging

I realized that my clouds look very flat. So I did some tweaking on the workflow. Looks better already, I think 🥲

I noticed one thing that you could improve! Because your artstyle looks awesome but the houses are looking a little bit "flat" on the ground you know?
Maybe you should add some shadows? My example is quik & dirty 😂
