Tiles have very few polys and are all modular. My plan is to make little decorative "islands" (bushes, little rocks...) to put at random out of the grid's bounds, but I quite like the clarity of what I have now. We'll see how they turn out. :)
Basic gameplay: You place bombs on a grid. You choose the first bomb to detonate; after that, each bomb will explode and detonate other bomb(s). The goal is to create a chain reaction that make them ALL explode. If there are no more bombs on field after that, you win! (4/11)
First #PortfolioDay ! I'm Antoine, I draw and make games! Play Maestria and read my (recently completed) webcomic! :D

I want to go back in time when I was drawing this concept and just smack myself on the back of the head. See how this first priest has almost no facial features? Surprise surprise, when other, more detailed priests appear, it becomes less clear and stupidly over-detailed. Bleh.
First page, and already my good friends RUBBLES are acting like they own the place. Can't wait to shade tiny rocks for 40 pages, what a great hobby I've chosen.
Valentine's day was the perfect occasion to advertize my Romantic™ webcomic. But I didn't, because I'm a dummy. Consider reading THE HEART OF THE RUINS, I'm sure you'll love it! 😊

Made another, because I'm having fun and some characters just need to get out of my brain sometimes. I've been trying to master the "edgy coat" for years and someday I'll draw a good one, but today is not that day. 😅
I'm trying to get into the habit of doing more concept art for whatever project I'm working on, and to develop a good enough process for making them (Also secretly to use more vibrant colors in my designs, shh). Anyway, meet these two gals! 🥰
5) Flat colors
6) Light + Shadows (using layers with too many blend modes)
7) I color the lineart of the background to separate it from the characters on the foreground, then comes a "VFX" pass with various light and color effects
8) Finally, the text.
And TADA! Done! :D
