White covers. And one a reprint replacing a black background.
Unsupported Opinion #4: Somebody arranged for Scott Lang to steal the Ant-Man costume and for Rita DeMara to swipe the Yellowjacket suit. Perhaps that puppet master was Hank Pym himself. His deep-seated desire to separate from the super-hero game led to yet another manipulation.
George Peréz and The Inhumans!
An early run (1975) for Pérez and writer Doug Moench. Medusa, Black Bolt, and Triton always have such eye-catching presences; perhaps someday a long run title could take off. This series lasted 12 issues. Their adjective was “Uncanny” also!
Even though Firestar and Namorita were originals, I’m surprised there is not more love for Sil and Turbo. I enjoyed the new characters.
In the meantime, the originals (Furry Blue & Red Safari) have been having space adventures as they make their way off of Skrullworld and back to Earth!
Unsupported Opinion #2: The Beast & Wonder Man are Skrulls and have been for some time. This explains the occasional mood & appearance changes.
They were snatched and replaced way back on that night they got drunk. The Skrull imposters were not discovered in Secret Invasion.
Characters that I know are not anywhere near the top echelon and whose costumes and designs could be considered outrageous or awful, but I still really like their looks.

Puzzle guy from “Fun and Games” ads.

Add to the list!
It wasn’t often that Marvel’s “real” villains showed up in the Hostess ads. Typically we’d get one-hit Hostess wonders like Legal Eagle and Cousin Betsy the Plant Lady! On occasion the big guns like Abomination, Wendigo, & Nitro would show up. Nothing a Ding Dong can’t handle!
Just in terms of naming, I’m surprised there’s never been a JLU.
“JLU” an Avengers Academy style school for young DC heroes. Has there been one and I missed it?
