Tormented by floating heads!
ASM on the verge of the Bronze Age!
Where do you rank the Black Knight in the Avengers’ hierarchy?
I actually think he is actually a core & key member. Sometimes I forget to mention him, but back in the Bronze Age I thought he was in a similar rank as Panther, Wasp, and Vision. He fits as an Avenger. Thoughts?
Goliath!
Clint Barton (Hawkeye) Goliath!
I actually enjoyed Clint as the big man. That whole era of the Avengers was a lot of fun.
Did you like the general lineup from those days? And what did you think about the “new” Goliath? Did it work for you?
Quicksilver may be a jerk but I always enjoy his appearances.
Like other hotheads such as Namor and Firelord, I find Pietro entertaining. In the comics, I am more interested in Quicksilver than his sister the Scarlet Witch.
He has a curious duality: impatient yet protective.
Who are Marvel’s most recognized characters today (obviously movie exposure plays a big part)? I believe Top 10 are:
Spidey, Cap, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Thor, Deadpool, Wolverine, Ant-Man, Rocket Raccoon.
The FF are nowhere near Top 10 (not even Top 20). Debate!
1/2
Perhaps an unpopular opinion #2:
Wonder Man has had some great costumes. Not all of his togs were disasters. The green, yellow, red goggle look was cool. And the red safari jacket costume was in fact cutting-edge, unique, and fantastic!
Did you like when Galactus was in conflict with Thor?
Do you prefer Galactus to have a cosmic level foil? Or do you consider Galactus to really be an enemy of the Fantastic Four, and the confrontations outside of the FF are inconsequential?
Moray, Manta, Microwoman, Superstretch, Web Woman!
Things I’d like to see - a good comic book run (or even just a page or panel) with a team featuring members of TV’s Super 7.
