A Great Izuchi with an exquisite tail and crests will attract more female Izuchi to his pack. The crests of a female Izuchi will grow little by little as they have more young, making the females look identical to the male Izuchi.
The males that are the most experienced are entrusted with guarding the nest, and the one that grows the largest becomes the next Great Izuchi.
As mentioned above, the Great Izuchi has orange fur on his body, and the white fur around his head, neck, and back is far more developed and pronounced due to his age. Like the Izuchi, Great Izuchi has developed a sickle-like tail that he uses as a tool for hunting.
While Great Izuchi and his pack do compete with other monsters like Arzuros, Aknosom, and Tetranadon for food, they rarely ever have territorial disputes with those monsters. Their large numbers, agility, and diet are the reasons why they don't have many competitors.
@SuperRADLemon Barioth would've made sure they weren't treated equally.
