Teostra is known to primarily live in volcanic regions, but he has also been seen inhabiting deserts, swamps, forests, and other secluded locales. Because Teostra prefers living in such harsh environments, people rarely ever encounter it in the wild.

Lunastra's most striking feature is her crown-shaped horns, which is fitting for her regal appearance. Like most elder dragons, she uses her horns to control her abilities. As her two titles imply, Lunastra has mastery over fire.

Rather than being red like Teostra, Lunastra has blue scales covering nearly her entire body. She has a blue mane around her neck as well as bluish-white fur on her tail. Lunastra does have wings on her back like some elder dragons, but she rarely ever becomes airborne.

A brutal elder dragon that some Wyverians have been well acquainted with since ancient times, Lunastra appears in some legends alongside Teostra. Right when the Dragonseers started a follow-up investigation on Teostra, they began a new survey on Lunastra.
