Time working: like... like an hour and fifteen minutes or something, this was done in two sittings.
The main thing here is the color. Pick a background that represents the character and color everything slight variants of it.

Time working: ... less than an hour, I think. I forgot to put a timer...
No shading or lighting, no colored linework, small resolution, plain white background, no sclera on eyes, simple pose and perspective, minimal fixing.
