I started HorrorVale with very little gamedev experience, but I WAS already an artist, so seeing how far the art has come is something else.
These are both different witch characters in the game, sprited 2 years apart.

This is the best place to maximize the amount of electricity he can collect since it's the highest point in the lab. I also heard there might be more floors underneath the lab, but that might just be a fake rumor...

HorrorVale Factoid:
Ludwig's Lab is only seen from the world map or the top of the tall building, but it's actually a giant tesla coil. The majority of the lab is in the main building at the bottom, but his primary lab is at the very top in the big sphere.

I love how this is one of the most popular HorrorVale characters in the community and she's not even in the game

Bolt is notorious for being hard for fans to draw (and also me) because his armor is kind way more complex than most other HV designs so I made this reference to help people out.

In 2015, I toyed around with the idea of a female skeleton character for my webcomic named Alisa, but ultimately scrapped the idea. She was meant to be kind of mean and sadistic. I ended up doing another design later, and eventually this became Alice as we know her today.
