by the way, this is my process whenever I make stuff

I do a really bad sketch/doodle, try refining it more, and then steadily make improvements/refinements until I'm satisfied with the end product (which involves a LOT of feedback from people I know, lmao)

Pushed myself to get back to working on this--I'm still really not satisfied with how it's turning out, especially some of the awkward hair shaping.

Any improvements I could make?
(Using the icon made for me as a reference, and also for colors and such.)
