According to the British historian, John Man, in the 13th century the Khwarezmshah Empire had a population of at least 5 million people. 25% (1,25 million) were killed by Mongols, mostly in urban areas. Man claimed that Mongols practiced "urbicide": "violence against the city".
In the modern world having a strong identity is politically incorrect, I personally don´t care. I will be a proud son of the Tajik nation until I die.
Unapologetically proud to be a son of Khorasan and of my holy language Pârsi. Nothing else matters.

Someone recently said that Ahmad Shah Durrani was the founder of Afghanistan. This is absolutely not true. There is no evidence about him mentioning Afghanistan anywhere. This topic has already been discussed. Check this thread out:

In my humble opinion Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan should standardize this game and hold regional competitions.
