When I was at university and had an important exam, my father would always make me the same question in Persian after the exam: "Shir ya Robâh" (شیری یا روباه, "Lion or Fox")?
If I it was good, I would say "Shir" ("Lion"). If the opposite, "Robâh" ("Fox").

Drawing of a man playing the Herati Dutâr.
"Dutâr" is a traditional Khorasani string instrument. Classical Dutâr has only two strings ("Dutâr" literally means "two strings" in Persian) while the modified Herati version has fourteen strings.
