@_GoldenDon_ Also, Anabel. She lost her memories of being a Frontier Brain 10 YEARS AGO (AKA when Emerald took place in the old timeline) Her appearance very clearly reflects this massive aging, and this is a very recent example of them going out of their way to change a design to show age.
@_GoldenDon_ You're just assuming (or, wishfully thinking) that, you don't know their design process at all. Cynthia is a grown woman, she's not gonna look drastically different. Caitlin, on the other hand, has clearly aged because she was younger to begin with, making the change noticeable.
Look at them. LOOK AT THEM. THEY'RE BABY, ALL OF THEM. ALL OF THEM ARE BABY.
@coffeetan Yes. Moreso, actually. Especially after psychologists non-jokingly said the character was homosexual (therefore was ""corrupting the youth"") back in the 50's, they made it practically impossible to deny that he's into ladies.
It could summon a Slime Knight for a singular attack a la Toad with Peach or the Phantom Knight with Zelda. Grow a shell when it shields like a Seaslime, and its Final Smash could have it fuse with a bunch of other slimes to form a King Slime and just stomp on opponents.
He could turn Metal to gain super armor (but die to Hero's Metal Slash) for certain moves. Squish into a liquid form for dodges or quick attacks, have limited Heal casting like a Healslime, and fly like a Drake Slime...
Finally, Slime. Yep, just a regular slime. But do it along the same lines as Piranha Plant, where it takes on the traits and abilities of different variations of its species to represent them all. And there are SO. MANY. SLIME TYPES out there.
I think the 3 would be some combination of a Slime, Platypunk, Watabou, Golem, or Great Sabrecat. Iconic, but varied between styles and sizes. Because 3 tiny cute ones would be nice, but it'd neglect the fact that a lot of monsters are huge (but not TOO huge, like a Green Dragon)
These are the three that came to mind. I'll do separate threads gushing about how cool they'd be.
