As Mr Spock would say, it would be illogical for Disney not to greenlight a sequel to Alita: Battle Angel. When Disney announces an Alita sequel - and they will - even the stoic Mr Spock will break out in a smile. As will we all. #AlitaSequel

Alita Battle Angel will be shown on the FX Channel in the US on Aug 3rd at 7:30PM, on Aug 4th at 3PM, on Sat Aug 14th at 3:30PM & Sun Aug 15th at 11AM. Nielsen ratings will come out the day after, & if Alita gets 500K viewers tomorrow that's good, 600K is a B, and 700K is an A.
