Another sketch for Xioaxi, that I never got to look quite right. I find it hard to reliably get the look right, especially when I am trying to make the sketch look like the same person as another sketch.

The process of creating a detailed map helps me understand the buildings true personality because all buildings are characters in the story, and even more so for an ancient magical walking building like this that might even be a tiny bit sentient.

It’s going to be super fun to see how this works in a game. I really enjoyed making the map, I liked thinking what rooms would be needed and were, adding in a library with a balcony, a laboratory and making the forge also the kitchen all adds to the character.
