We don't know many details about Rookie's potential time as the director. It's possible Aunt Arctic continued to serve as Co-Director while Rookie worked on his training.

However things went down, it seems safe to assume that Rookie made for a fine leader.

Rookie was already a fan-favorite favorite sports telecaster, alongside Rory.

Over the years, Rookie rose to become the Public Relations officer and Comm leader for the EPF.

He could inexplicitly speak crab, and even understood the Box Dimension more than Gary himself.

According to Gary, Rookie was the director when the Stage was still open.

Based off the Propeller Protocol launch and the closing of the Stage, we can tell that Rookie was officially promoted to Director of the EPF sometime between Sep 2014 - June 2015.

But why Rookie?..

Through a secret message, she initiated the "Propeller Protocol" immediately. While we don't know exactly what this meant, it's possible she was referring to Rookie.

This is further elaborated on in the year 4014, when Gary confirmed that Rookie became the director of the EPF.

The Raoul 3000 was one of Gary's first inventions for Club Penguin. ☕️

Made for the Coffee Shop's grand opening, Gary fine-tuned the machine to play reggae music while it brewed. 🎵

@redkeytar @WinderpTV I genuinely think what we've seen of the Newsroom looks fantastic. I also really like the Welcome Lake.

Additionally, I love the Expedition Rooms. Great expansions to the land that I really wish could've stuck around.

@_screenhog One more question: Any idea what was planned for this shark circling the Iceberg in 2006? I believe it went unused.
