@tofudemaru I think we just have to accept it as typical CP art inconsistency. The Ski Lodge has many of these too. The door to the Pond should be on the building’s left, but this shot shows no door.

The front door, windows, and ceiling don’t match at all either when you think about it.

If we want to make sense of it, we *could* say the door is a hallway that leads underground, and the dome is just part of the building peeking out from the back...

Though I guess the debris from the Popcorn Explosion would contradict that.

The PSA HQ was almost never seen from the outside.
The only time the exterior was ever shown was on the cover of "The Ultimate Official Guide to Club Penguin."

Here, it's surprisingly depicted as a dome-shaped structure behind the Sports Shop.

@biotechisgojira @SploshJnr Octi is just an inflatable, and one of a kind. The only known octopuses on Club Penguin are the orange shocktopuses.

If the shadow really was there, it's more likely a ninja shadow as those were hopping all over the island in Nov 2008.

Unfortunately this particular video seems to be a fake.

It's worth noting that during DIg Out the Dojo, Sensei can be seen digging a pathway where the stairs would've gone. The following week he gets closer, but a rock suddenly appears blocking his path.

I was looking through the phases of Dig Out the Dojo, and noticed Sensei was digging a pathway along where the stairs would've gone. I guess that explains why a rock suddenly appeared in his pathway the next week, haha
