BlackJack Vol. 3 - A very strong selection of stories in this book. I think BlackJack features Tezuka’s strongest balance of comedy and drama.
BlackJack Vol. 2 by Osamu Tezuka - Some real great stories in this one, Tezuka was really having a blast with this series.
Sorry sorry, I know I said I'd go to bed but like....
"muted and dull"???
Did we read the same comic???
???????? Hands appear in like every page of this book what the fuck is this nerd saying
Judge Dredd: The Complete Case Files Vol. 4 by John Wagner, Mike McMahon, Brian Bolland, etc. - Some real good Dredd stories here. Wagner’s at the top of his game, and these stories are also a showcase for some of the most talented British comic artists of the 80’s.
2021 is the year I start crushing hard on Vampire Hunter D, he's so dreamy
Rohan at the Louvre by Hirohiko Araki - A spooky little side story, never thought this was that great before but I’ve warmed up to it a bit. Rohan’s a fun character and this has that great JJBA trope where there’s pages of people just freaking the fuck out at their situation.
