Being unfamiliar with his work, I went looking for samples of new CONAN THE BARBARIAN artist Rogê Antônio’s work to get an idea of what to expect as we’ve seen no interior art previews for issue #13 (Feb. 2020!) yet. Looks like the Cimmerian should be in capable hands!
@LetsTalkVampi Red Sonja will fight her for the title. Everyone watching wins.
“Maybe she did do wrong, wizard—in her way. But she’s still human, while you are—what you are! And by Crom, I’ll side with the living against the dead every time!” - THE SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN #1, “Curse of the Un-Dead Man” (Aug. 1974)

Since we’re having fun with crossovers, how about Robert E. Howard’s Solomon Kane vs. Washington Irving’s Headless Horseman in a wild and weird New World adventure?
I feel like if a version of Conan interacting with Marvel characters is going to become a regular thing, then he definitely needs to cross paths with Johnny Blaze’s Ghost Rider. How Metal would that be?
I finally read my copy of SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN #9. What a blast! A return to form of classic Conan comics of yore! I need to go back and reread issues 6-9 together as one story now. Zub and Zircher are natural fits for Conan.
@whisky_bro Either of these would be good starting points for Dark Horse Conan as they collect many of the same issues starting with the story “Born on the Battlefield,” an excellent Conan “origin” story by Kurt Busiek and gorgeous art by Greg Ruth.
