Another fear, albeit a much smaller one, is that Pauline's hair might be brown instead of blonde.

Pauline's hair was blonde in the original arcade game, as backed up by retro grafitti in Odyssey. DK similarly did not have a tie, and this is why my rendition doesn't have one.

My biggest fear about the Mario movie right now is how Donkey Kong is going to look

If it IS an origin story and they go into Donkey Kong Arcade stuff.. what is he gonna look like? Is he going to look like Modern DK? Or look like he's supposed to? Or something else??

@MahskieLOL @mitsamemario Well we also haven't gotten any new male human since 2002 with E Gadd.

The Camelot Sports games had plenty of boys closer to the Princess' proportions, and females that come closer to the Bros proportions.

WarioWare shows boys with proportions closer to the princesses as well.

Huge question just arose about the Mario Movie...

Is Foreman spike gonna have his proportions altered like Pauline did? Or is he gonna keep his more Mario-y Proportions?

And what about the New Donks in General? Are they gonna be realistic humans or Illumination humans??
