facebook let me know that it's been 1 year since i originally posted this, it's still one of my favorite pieces i've ever done, so i'm reposting it #pixelart #ドット絵

hey guys i was checking up on my art again and it seemed like something was off, can anyone figure it out @itemLabel

was digging through art i made when i was, like, 12 years old, and found one of my very first attempts at any pixel art ever, an edit of the Marvel vs. Capcom 1 sprite of Mega Man into Bass. i decided to try it again all these years later #pixelart #ドット絵

i showed my roommate this work-in-progress screenshot and he liked the temporary doodled UI elements so much he said the final version should have a sketchy hand-drawn look too so i went w/ that even tho that's not normally my wheelhouse

aaaand snatcher is finished. don't wanna go into specifics but act 3 was a net loss for the game. great credits theme, though. and here's one of the few images i can share that doesn't spoil anything: akira yamaoka worked on this???
