Good afternoon & thank you. Walter Steggles exhibited at least four paintings with the same title of "Canvey Island" during his time with the Group. Here's a black & white photo of one of them by him which I think may date from 1932.

On a rather dull & wet morning I thought I'd start today with one that might hopeful brighten one's day. This is "Orleston Road, N7" by Elwin Hawthorne from 1934 which is in the collection

I thought I'd start today with one that yet another that I haven't shown for a very long time indeed! This is "Boats on the River Yare" by Walter Steggles which is undated. Sadly, it is only known from this photo of a photo, if that makes sense!
