I think no better story can equip a child more than a fairy tale. It doesn't shrink back from darkness & death, trauma & trials. It reveals the root of the human heart thru the forms of wolves, witches, devils & dragons. At the same time, it shows a child these can be overcome.

Tomàs Barceló uses reclaimed everyday objects to create his sculptures which he says are rooted in the "imagination of a child" & the language of "fantasy, science fiction and the creation of worlds."
