Good night, dear magical Twitter folk. I'm leaving you with these illustrations by Rene Cloke. During WWII, she produced maps from photographs for the Royal Air Force. After the war, she went on to illustrate cards and children's books.
Some of the things that have helped me get through the year that is 2020: great kids lit, K-dramas, KPop & Hilda (both the graphic novels & show). What are some of yours?

Having grown up with a childhood that was often lonely, I have always wanted others to not feel left out or alone. It's why I try to create an account where everyone belongs.
The rooms were very still while the pages were softly turned & the winter sunshine crept in to touch the bright heads & serious faces with a Christmas greeting.
