Every thing Chip zdarsky wrote for Spider-man. It's not a lot but his entire output is basically yes, please read it. He was definitely a good alternative during the Slott era but Spider-man lifestory is so far the best Spider-man elseworld type story.

My personal fav is a story about Peter doing his yearly tradition of going to Mets(any story that calls him a Yankee's fan is non canon) games which he of course used to do with Uncle Ben, no superhero action in this one. Just a pure Dad story.

Paul Jenkins is one of those writers who I understand his problem and he has one or two bad stories. But any story drawn by Mark Buckingham must be read. He is one of the first writers to really lock in on Spider-man as slice of life. A lot of his issues are stand alone.

the White Tiger is one of those is one you never hear people talk about, and I think for one reason, it's about a character who fails at being a superhero. He's basically everything bad that could happen to Peter and it's make his story fascinating.
